Happy Birthday Julia!

Yesterday would have been Julia Child’s 101’st birthday. While She has been gone for nine years her legacy is one the will not be forgotten. Doubtful that we will see anyone approaching her influence and stature again.  Astonishing  to think what she accomplished.

One can’t help but imagine what would have happened it she had never gone to live in France…Doesn’t bear thinking about.
